Shipping

Where do you ship?

Currently, we only ship within the United States with USPS.

How much does shipping cost?

Flat rate shipping for stickers is $2.50.

Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice throughout the year while we are introducing new products and adding more shipping methods.

Exchanges, replacements

How can I exchange the items I purchased?

The only way to exchange items you purchased is to return them and place a new order. Please see the “Returns” section below.

I received the wrong item. Can you replace it?

We always try to make sure that everything is correct, but if you received the wrong item, we will replace it for you. Please email us at shop@reginakareev.com and provide your order number and a photo of the wrong item.

Returns

I changed my mind. Can I return my order?

Yes. Returns are accepted only for items returned in their original condition. Items must be sent back within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase (according to receipt). To initiate a return, email us at shop@reginakareev.com and include your order number. Unsolicited returns won’t be accepted. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds

Will I receive a full refund for the returned items?

Refunds will be issued only for items returned in their original condition. If you return items not in their original condition you will be responsible for the loss in value.

Will you refund the shipping cost for returned items?

It depends on the reason for the return. If the wrong item was shipped to you, we will issue a full refund for your order including the shipping cost. If you change your mind, and return your order for no particular reason, the shipping cost won't be refunded.

How will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

Other questions

Where can I find my order number?

We send an electronic receipt to the email address you provided during checkout. You can find your order number there.

What do I do if I have provided the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible at shop@reginakareev.com. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll be happy to make the change to your shipping address. If your order has already been shipped and returned to us, we will be able to ship it again to a new address. In this case, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Or we can issue a full refund for your order instead.

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

We cannot be responsible for packages once they leave our studio. Please email us at shop@reginakareev.com if your order was lost in the mail. We’ll try to help you. Please provide your order number.

Will you include a printed receipt in my package?

No. We are going paperless. We will send an electronic receipt to the email address you provided during checkout.

Do you collect sales tax?

Orders of physical products shipping to the state of California are subject to sales tax. Sales tax is automatically calculated based on the shipping address at checkout.
